3.4 Each individual is permitted to hold only one det939 account. Duplicate accounts will be identified through our fraud detection systems and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

10.3 det939's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their det939 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
